The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to Festival City Mall. The on-site Costa cafe offered convenient access to beverages. The rooftop swimming pool was temperature controlled. I especially liked the convenient gym. It helped me maintain my workout routine .
The air conditioning unit made a slight noise at times.

The hotel's location was near the airport. Access to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa was easy due to the proximity to the metro station. This made getting around the city simple

i found the hotel's location quite convenient , as it was near the metro station. the room was furnished well and included adequate amenities. the swimming pool area was particularly nice for families with children.
i noticed a slight delay during the check-in process , it took longer than expected.

the breakfast was pretty good, i have to admit. they had a decent selection of stuff, i guess.
the cleanliness wasn't great, there were dust bunnies hiding in every corner of the room. also, the staff didn't seem to care much when i asked for extra towels. i got the impression that i was bothering them with my request, and the location wasn't that great.

the gym features modern equipment. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel also has a rooftop pool and there are shaded seating areas. the pool area offers twenty loungers.
the vending machines were occasionally out of stock! though this was a minor inconvenience.

noisy air conditioninglimited breakfast
I had some issues . The air conditioning was quite noisy. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. the variety at breakfast felt limited after a few days. I wished there were more options to choose from each morning. The gym equipment looked old. Some machines needed maintenance.
